摘要
根据能量守恒定律,在考虑摩擦面上周向摩擦对转速影响的基础上,提出了惯性摩擦焊的热输入模型,建立了Inconel 718合金惯性摩擦焊的三维有限元热力耦合模型,通过计算获得了其焊接过程中温度场的空间分布和时间分布,并分析了其变化特点。用基于热电偶的温度场检测系统对焊接过程中温度进行了实时检测,结果表明计算数据和试验结果基本吻合,这说明了该模型的可靠性,可以为Inconel 718惯性摩擦焊工艺参数的优化提供有效的依据。
Based on analyzing the influence of hoop friction on rotational speed,the heat input formula of inertia friction welding was deduced according to energy conservation principle,and a three-dimensional finite element model for the inertia friction welding was established.The space distribution and temporal distribution of the temperature during the welding process was predicted and the law of the temperature distribution was analyzed.The temperature on the welded joint was measured by the welding temperature test system based on the thermocouples.The result suggests the calculation data and the experiment data fit well,which indicates the model presented in the paper is reliable and can offer the effective reference for the optimum choice of the inertia friction welding process of IN-718 superalloy.
