摘要
综述了植物中碘的来源,影响植物对土壤碘吸收的因素,碘在植物中的含量与分布,不同种类蔬菜对碘的耐受性,富碘蔬菜的营养价值等方面的研究进展。
The study summarizes progress in the source of iodine in plants, the factors of influencing plants to absorb soil iodine, the contents and distribution of iodine in plants, different kinds of vegetables have different toleration to iodine and the eating quality of enriched iodine vegetables.
