摘要
在1 400℃下利用城市垃圾焚烧飞灰代替铝质原料煅烧水泥熟料,采用甘油-乙二醇法,XRD,SEM和水泥净浆强度分析了熟料的性能及其变化规律.研究表明:铝率较高时,烧成熟料中铝酸盐矿物含量大,制得的水泥水化时易发生速凝现象;采用三高率值配料烧成熟料中硅酸盐矿物含量高,其易烧性差,但在特定的率值下用其制得的水泥胶凝性能好,28 d净浆抗压强度可达65.4 MPa.
The cement clinkers are sintered at 1 400 ℃, using the municipal solid waste incineration fly ash substituting for aluminous material. And the sintered clinkers are characterized by glycerol ethanol method, XRD, SEM and cement paste strength test. The results show that: The higher the alumina ratio is, the larger amounts of aluminate the sintered clinker contains, while it is easy to come into being a flash set phenomenon when the cements are hydrating; The content of sihcate of the sintered clinker is large with three high moduli, but its bumability is bad. However, the cement clinker gelling property is very good at a certain design rate, and the 28 d paste compressive strength may reach 65.4 MPa.
