摘要
目的:探讨胃癌患者术后实施肠内营养(EN)支持的效果。方法:对69例胃癌患者术后实施肠内营养支持治疗,观察患者手术前后营养状况、免疫学指标变化。结果:本组患者实施肠内营养7 d后体重、血糖与术前比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),而血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白等营养指标则有不同程度上升(P<0.05,P<0.01),患者均痊愈出院。结论:肠内营养是胃癌患者术后安全而有效的营养支持方法,可显著改善患者的营养状况,降低和减少并发症的发生。
Objective: To explore the efficacy of early enteral nutrition for the patients after gastrectomy of gastric cancer. Methods : Enteral nutrition support therapy was applied to the 69 patients with gastrectomy, observing the nutritional status of patients before and after surgery, changes of immunology indicators. Results : The significant differences were not found in the com- parison of body weight and blood glucose before surgery and after enteral nutrition therapy for 7 days ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; serum albu- min, prealbumin, transferrin and other nutrition indicators increased to varying degrees ( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ) , patients were all cured. Conclusion: Enteral nutrition is one of effective nutritional support methods in nursing care of patients after gestrectomy. It can significantly improve the nutritional status of patients and reduce the incidence of complications.
