摘要
目的:探讨苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对老年高血压患者血压和血压变异性的影响。方法:100例老年高血压患者随机分成苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平组和非洛地平缓释片组。通过24 h动态血压监测,对比苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平和非洛地平缓释片对老年高血压患者血压和血压变异性的影响。结果:苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平和非洛地平缓释片均能有效降低血压(P<0.05),但在控制血压变异性方面,苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平要强于非洛地平缓释片(P<0.05)。结论:苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平作用于老年高血压患者,可有效改善血压水平和血压变异性。
Objective：To investigate the effects of levoamlodipine besylate on the blood pressure and blood pressure variability （BPV） in elderly patients with hypertension. Methods： 100 elderly patients with hypertension were given oral levoamlodipine besylate tablets or felodipine sustaind - release tablets in the randomized, paralleled, controlled study. The effects on the blood pressure and BPV of the both drugs were compared by the performation of 24- hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring. Result： The 24- hour systolic and diastolic blood pressure were significantly decreased in both groups （P 〈 0.05）. And levoamlodipine besylate had a sig- nificantly better effect on the ameliaration of BPV （P 〈 0.05） than felodipine. Conclusion： Levoamlodipine besylate is an effective angent that ameliorate blood pressure and BPV in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension.
