摘要
我国森林保险的发展还处于探索阶段,了解日本、芬兰、瑞典、美国等国比较完善有效的森林保险制度,借鉴其成功发展经验,有助于提高林业经营者应对森林风险的能力,确保林农生产和生活稳定,帮助我国建立符合中国国情的森林保险制度,促进林业可持续发展。
The development of forest insurance system in China is still in the beginning stage. The understanding of effective forest insurance systems of Japan, Finland, Sweden and the U.S. and their successful development experiences will contribute to improving China＇ s forest manager＇ s abilities to cope with risks and ensuring their production and life stable. It will also be helpful for building forestry insurance system according to the actual situation of China and promoting the sustainable forestry development.
