摘要
利用弹簧模型研究了"铝-胶-铝"等厚粘接件的超声反射谱的低频特征(使用的超声波频率远低于胶层的共振频率),指出了利用其谐振频率的"右峰"漂移量反演弱粘接情况的胶层劲度系数的可能性。我们通过胶层固化时间的变化来模拟胶层劲度系数的变化,对理论结果进行验证,实验结果与理论吻合良好。
The low frequency characteristic of the ultrasound reflection spectrum from the structure of two equal-thickness aluminum plates bonded by a thin adhesive layer are studied theoretically and experimentally, the low-frequency here implying that the frequency of the interrogating ultrasound is much less than the resonance frequency of the adhesive layer. The possibility of the inversion of the spring stiffness in the spring model from the shift of "right peaks" of resonance frequency in weak bonded structure is indicated. The solidifying process of the adhesive layer is used to simulate the changing of the spring stiffness of the layer. The experimental results agree well with theoretical predictions.
