摘要
受温度条件限制,北方地区园林绿化植物相对较少。本研究以4种抗寒性不同的紫斑牡丹为材料,测定其在黑龙江省哈尔滨市越冬期间与抗寒相关的生理生化指标的变化,为抗寒品种的选育、鉴定及其越冬栽培管理提供科学依据。结果表明,随着温度的下降,4种紫斑牡丹的超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)活性、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量在越冬期间都有不同程度的增加,且抗寒品种高于非抗寒品种;但在-25~-30℃降温段,非抗寒品种的某些生理指标下降。
Because of the low-temperature impact, the landscaping plants are relatively few in north region. In this paper, the variation of cold resistance related physiological index in the four cold-hardened and non- hardened Paeonia rockiis during overwintering period was researched in Harbin, which providing a scientific basis for the selection and cultivation of the cold-rcsistence Paeonia rockiis. The results showed that as the temperature dropped, the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity, proline concentration, soluble sugar contenb and soluble protein content of four kinds of Paeonia rockiis during overwintcring period increased with different degrees and they were higher in cold-hardened Paeonia rockiis. But when the temperature dropped to -25--30℃, some physiological indexes of non-hardened Paeonia rockiis dropped.
