摘要
用不同浓度的HgCl2饲喂泥鳅20d,观察血红细胞的凋亡情况.结果表明:汞能诱导泥鳅红细胞的凋亡,凋亡率随Hg+剂量增大而增加,在第7天凋亡率从7%增至61.2%,光镜下实验浓度为0.8,1.0,1.2mg/L组均观察到红细胞凋亡的典型形态变化.结论:汞能诱导泥鳅红细胞凋亡.
Feed the Misgurnus anguillicadatuses different concentrations of HgCl2 for 20 days, and then observ the erythrocytes apoptosis of them, and the results turn out to be as follows: mercuric chloride could lead to apoptosis of erythrocytes in Misgurnus anguillicadatuses , and the apoptosis rate increases with the increase of dose. On the 7th day, the rate of apoptosis could increase from 7 % to 61.2%. Under the microscope, typical morphologic changes of erythrocytes are observed in group 3,4 and 5. Conclusion: Hg^2+ can lead to erythrocytes apoptosis of Misgurnus anguillicadatusess.
