摘要
在15℃的偏低温条件下,耐低温弱光的保护地黄瓜品种的光补偿点明显低于不耐低温弱光的代表品种。15℃下光补偿点的遗传符合加性-显性-上位的参数模式,广义和狭义遗传力分别为77.7%和63.4%。
In the present experiment, it was found that the photosynthetic light compensation point of cucumber leaves went up with increasing of temperature. The photosynthetic light compensation point of greenhouse cultivars at 15℃ was lower significantly than that of outdoor cultivars which are sensitive to low temperature and low irradiance. The results also showed that the genetic model of the photosynthetic light compensation point of cucumber at 15℃ based on six generations (P 1, P 2, F 1, F 2, B 1, B 2) agreed with additive-dominant-epistatic model. Broad and narrow heritability were 77.7% and 63.4%, respectively.
