摘要
采用超声波法,以75%的乙醇为溶剂提取葎草中总黄酮,荧光分光光度法测定其含量;采用HNO3-HClO4湿法消化,原子吸收分光光度法测定葎草中铁、铜、锌、锰4种微量元素的含量。结果表明,葎草中含有丰富的黄酮类化合物和微量元素,为临床合理应用和开发野生葎草资源提供了依据。
The total flavone in Humulus was extracted by ultrasonic with 75% ethanol and detected by fluorospectrophotometry. The contents of Fe, Cu, Zn and Mn in Humulus were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry after treated with HNOa-HClO4. The results indicated that there were comparatively rich trace elements and flavone. It provided a evidence for the development of wild Humulus and its application in clinical studies.
