摘要 用溶液聚合法制备了鱼蛋白基丙烯酸(FP-g-AA)高吸水性树脂。采用单因素法改变组分配比分别进行合成试验。并通过对产品的吸(盐)水性能的测试,优化合成配方及用红外光谱仪对产物进行表征。结果表明,当过硫酸钾、N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺、鱼蛋白用量分别为丙烯酸的1.0%、0.07%、10.0%,丙烯酸的中和度和在溶液中的质量分数分别为80%和18%时,该高吸水性树脂的吸水倍率达981g/g,吸生理盐水(0.9%NaCl)倍率达127g/g。红外光谱也显示,产品为鱼蛋白接枝聚合丙烯酸树脂。 A protein-based biodegradable superabsorbent was synthesized by grafting fish protein (FP) with polyaerylic acid(AA) by solution polymerization. The effect of the mass ratio of FP to AA, the neutralized degree and ooneentration of AA in reaction solution and the relative mass of N, N'-methylene his aerylamide or potassium persulphate to AA on the water absorbency of products was estimated by testing water-swelling extent of them. The experimental results show that when the mass ratio of initiator, cross-linker and FP is 1.0%, 0.07%, 10.0% respectively based on AA and the neutralized degree and concentration of AA is 80% and 18% respectively, the superabsorbent would be provided with the most water absorbency of 981 g/g and physiological salt solution(0.9% NaCl) of 127 g/g. FT-IR spectrum of the product indicated that it is FP-g-AA.
