摘要
本文首先分析了金融危机使浙江民营企业遭际的困难;其次,文章分析了在金融危机条件下,为什么有的民营企业破产,而有的民营企业却岿然不动。接着,文章阐述了浙江民营企业如何转型升级以及浙江省市政府如何促进民营企业的转型升级。另外,文章还对"转型"与"升级"的概念做了界定。
Firstly,this article analyzes the diffi-culties which are encountered by private enterprises in Zhejiang province in the financial crisis;Secondly,it analyzes why some private enterprises go bankrupt,while others lead a steady way of development in the financial crisis;Then the article describes how the private enterprises in Zhejiang province do trans-formation and upgrade and the government of Zhejiang province how to promote private enterprises＇ transfor-mation and upgrade.Furthermore,in this article,the concepts of ＂transformation＂ and ＂upgrade＂ are defined.
