摘要
我国运动员的人力资本投资多元化,使得运动员的人力资本产权呈现混合制性质。提出基于混合制产权下的我国运动员人力资本管理策略:确定运动员的合理分配地位,改变利润分配结构;加快体育管理体制改革,走职业体育俱乐部道路;完善立法,有效保障投资各方利益;完善人才管理体制,实行激励制度。
Investments in athletes as human capital in China are diversified,which makes the property right of ath-letes as human capital present the nature of a mixed system.The authors put forward the following strategies for managing athletes as human capital in China based on the property right in a mixed system： determine athlete’s ra-tional allocation and change the profit allocation structure;speed up sports system reform and get on the track of professional sports clubs;perfect legislation and ensure the interests of various investment parties;perfect the talent management system and implement the stimulation system.
