摘要
为准确、高效、实时地对电压或电流信号进行长时间的监测,设计了基于USB2.0总线技术的数据采集系统。使用了USB2.0芯片CY7C68013A来控制A/D转换器,完成数据的实时采集,并通过USB通讯方式将数据传输到上位机,进行显示和处理。详细论述了系统的硬件设计、固件程序设计和驱动程序设计,并给出了一种全新的方法来编写系统的应用程序。实验及油田现场应用表明:该系统使用方便,数据采集速度快、功耗低。
In order to monitor voltage or current accurately and efficiently, a data acquisition system based on USB2.0 was designed. The real-time data sampled by using CY7C68013A to control A/D converter, transmitted to PC through USB2.0, displayed and analyzed on the PC. The hardware,firmware program and driver program of a low power real-time data acquisition system was discussed in detail, together with the new design of the application program. Laboratory experiments and oil field application demonstrates that the system is convenient and low power.
