破骨细胞在类风湿关节炎骨破坏中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 慢性滑膜炎伴关节软骨和骨的破坏是类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)的基本特征,而骨的破坏直接导致畸形和伤残。目前越来越多的证据表明:破骨细胞在骨的侵蚀过程中起着核心作用。对核因子(NF)-κB受体激活剂配基(RANKL)基因或c-fos基因进行敲除,或者使用骨保护素(OPG),可以使动物模型缺乏成熟的破骨细胞,虽然局部炎症可以很严重,但是却不会发生骨的侵蚀。这些动物实验表明,炎症不一定导致骨的破坏,只有在破骨细胞存在的情况下才会发生骨的破坏。本文就破骨细胞在RA骨破坏中的研究进展作一综述。
