2种方法治疗慢性牙周炎的疗效比较 被引量：3

摘要 目的比较研究慢性牙周炎牙周翻瓣术两种治疗的临床疗效。方法将15例患慢性牙周炎的病人16颗病牙分为2组:一组为实验组,在做牙周翻瓣术时采用盐酸米诺环素治疗;另一组为对照组,只是进行翻瓣术治疗。结果2组在翻瓣术后1～3个月,临床指标均有明显改善(P<0.01)。实验组的PD和CAL与对照组比较有改善,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组的PLI和SBI与对照组比较均有明显改善(P<0.01)。结论慢性牙周炎翻瓣术同时采用盐酸米诺环素治疗的疗效优于单纯翻瓣术。
