摘要
饲粮苏氨酸缺乏能被动物脑部特定区域识别,通过使其脑部前梨状皮质区及下丘脑等外相关物质浓度发生改变,或是通过调节瘦素、胰岛素等食欲调节因子或激素的分泌,从而影响动物的采食行为并使其出现厌食反应。本文主要对日粮苏氨酸缺乏引起动物出现厌食反应的研究进展进行综述。
The threonine deficient in diets can be recognized by certain areas of animal's brain and by changing some substrates' concentration in anterior pyriform cortex and in hypothalamus,or by regulating the excretion of Leptin and insulin,which impacted animal's feeding behavior,and feeding aversion appeared.The recent advances of feeding aversion responses induced by threonine-deficient diets were mainly reviewed.
