摘要
以氢氧化铝、氢氧化钙、氧化铝和碳酸钙为原料,在不同温度下烧结合成六铝酸钙多孔陶瓷,研究钙铝质原料、烧结温度对六铝酸钙性能的影响,结果表明:采用氢氧化铝和氢氧化钙合成的CA6性能最优,其最佳的烧结温度为1500℃,可以合成显气孔率达60%、体积密度为1.55g/m3的六铝酸钙多孔陶瓷。
The influences of calcia-alumina materials and sintering temperature on properties of calcium hexaluminate had been studied by reaction sintering the CA6 porous ceramic with A1 (OH)3,Ca (OH)2,CaC03 and Al2O3 at different temperature. The results showed that materials mentioned above can synthesize CA6 which has good properties and at the best sintering temperature of 1500℃,AI(OH)3 and Ca(OH)2 can synthesize CA6 which has volume density of 1.55g/cm^3 and apparent porosity of 60%.
