SandersⅡ型跟骨骨折开放复位内固定手术的远期随访 被引量：10

摘要 目的通过远期随访,评估开放复位内固定手术治疗SandersⅡ型跟骨骨折的疗效。方法同济大学附属同济医院1997年5月以来,有286例290侧SandersⅡ型跟骨骨折进行了开放复位内固定治疗,本研究对所有术后3年以上患者进行随访,疗效评定标准采用Maryland足部评分系统。结果81例83侧骨折术后获38～102个月（平均68.1个月）随访,患足功能优59侧（71.1%）,良24侧（27.7%）。结论开放复位内固定术是治疗SandersⅡ型跟骨骨折比较安全、有效的方法。 Objective To evaluate the curative effect of open reduction and internal fixation for Sanders type Ⅱ fracture of calcaneus.Methods Two hundred and eighty-nine patients with 290 Sanders type Ⅱ fractures of calcaneus had been undergone open reduction and internal fixation in Tongji Hospital since May,1997.Patients were followed up above 3 years after operation.Functional results were assessed by Maryland Foot Score.Results Eighty-one cases with 83 fractures were followed up for 38-102 months（average 68.1 months） after treatment.According to the evaluation of Maryland Foot Score,excellent results were noted in 59（71.1%） and good in 23（27.7%）.Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation is an effective and secure method for Sanders type Ⅱ fracture of calcaneus.
