摘要
世界各地经常发生船舶与桥梁相撞的事故。这些事故不仅造成了较大人员伤亡,而且还造成了巨大经济损失。我国在长江等航运繁忙河流上计划修建大量桥梁,因此,解决船撞桥问题已成为摆在我国桥梁工作者面前的一个重要任务。基于性能的船撞桥设计成为桥梁设计中的新课题。阐述了基于性能的船撞桥设计的基本思想与基本内容;针对桥梁设计中各船撞桥指标难以精确计算的特点,提出了基于性能的船撞桥设计模糊决策方法。通过层次分析法和模糊数学理论,确定各因素的权重,对基于性能的船撞桥设计进行模糊决策。针对模糊决策中可能出现的决策失效的情况,采用系数伸缩变换法消除了决策中的失效。另外还给出了该决策方法的应用实例。
Throughout the world, ship collision with the bridge takes place every year. Not only the number of losses in terms of human lives is high, but also the economic loss is significant. In China, many new bridges will be constructed over busy rivers such as the Yangtze (which is a river with heavy navigation transportation). Therefore, it is an important task for designers and researchers in the field of bridge engineering in China to solve the problem. Performance-based ship collision design has become a new issue in the field of bridges design. Basic thought and basic contents of performance-based ship collision design for bridges are discussed in the paper. Because it is very difficult to calculate vessel-bridge collision factors accurately in ship collision design, fuzzy decision of performance-based ship collision design for bridges was proposed. Based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics theory, weighing of each factor was determined. Then, fuzzy decision was made to evaluate performance-based ship collision design for bridges. Furthermore, the algorithms removing inefficiency in fuzzy decision was described. The course of decision was illustrated by a case study.
