摘要
阐述了数字图书馆知识管理的内涵与特征,在数字图书馆建设中应用知识管理的理念做指导,提出了数字图书馆知识管理的实现对策。
This paper expatiated the content and features of knowledge management in digital library, the use of the concept of knowledge management in the construction of digital library, analysed the countermeasures to realize knowledge management in digital library.
