摘要
将枸杞汁与麦芽汁以一定比例配料,经纯种发酵,以无菌过滤和无菌灌装技术生产出保健型枸杞纯生啤酒。通过实验确定了枸杞的最佳添加量和添加时间,优化了发酵工艺参数,制定出保健型枸杞纯生啤酒酿造工艺。
Using mixture of Chinese wolfberry and wort as raw materials, Chinese wolfberry draft beer was produced after pure fermentation, asepsis filtration and asepsis fill. The optimal content and time of adding Chinese woliberry were obtained and the fermentation conditions optimized.
