摘要 运用主成分分析方法,经过矩阵变换,降低维数提取振动信号的主要信息,从而实现对振动噪声源的分析。基于主成分分析法,并结合相干功率谱分析理论实现对振动噪声源的分析,并且通过对100CLG-30船用立式单级离心泵试验数据的分析处理说明,在有用信息量损失较少的前提下,主成分法结合功率谱理论可以快速、有效地给出振动噪声源的分析结果。 The main vibration signals can be obtained by reducing its dimensions through matrix conversion using in the principal component analysis, so that the analysis to the vibration noise source is realized. Taking an example of analyzing test results 100CLG-30 marine vertical centrifugal pumps, it demonstrates that the principal component analysis can obtain information almost without any loss, and it is an effective and convenient way to analyze the status of complex multi-dimensional system.
