摘要
结合砂卵石地层盾构区间工程掘进,对盾构施工时的刀具磨损情况进行了现场测试,计算出土压平衡盾构在砂卵石地层施工时各种刀具的磨损系数。运用统计回归分析,总结出砂卵石地层盾构刀具磨损与其掘削迹长的关系,推算出砂卵石地层盾构不换刀可掘进的最长距离,可为后续类似工程施工提供参考。
Based on shield tunneling in sandy cobble stratum, the field monitoring and measurement of the abrasion of shield cutters is carried out, and the abrasion coefficients of shield cutters in sandy cobble stratum are computed. Using statistic regression analysis, the relation between shield cutter abrasions and its digging traces could be drawn, and the longest distance shield tunneling without cutter change is estimated, which could provide references for the succeeding similar projects.
