摘要
目的评估我院近3年麻醉药品的应用现状。方法收集全院2005—2007年麻醉药品的应用数据，从用量、金额、用药频度（DDDs）、临床用途进行统计分析。结果我院麻醉药品的消耗金额逐年增长，主要用于手术麻醉镇痛的芬太尼注射液DDDs居首位，芬太尼贴剂、吗啡缓释片逐渐成为癌症镇痛的主流。结论我院麻醉药品的应用基本合理。
Aim To evaluate the application status of narcotic drugs in the first affiliated hospital of nanjing medical univeristy in recent three years. Method We accumulated the data of narcotic drugs in our hospital from 2005 to 2007 and did the statistical analysis from the dosage,price,DDDs and clinical value. Results The consumption of narcotic drugs increased gradually every year,with DDDs of fentanyl injection ranking the first place. Fentanyl transdermal system and motphine sustained - release tablets became the main trend as the pain-killer of cancer. Conclusion The application of narcotic drugs in our hospital is basically reasonable.
