摘要
依据敏捷制造理论,提出了敏捷教育的概念,分析了敏捷教育的内涵,阐述了敏捷教育的基本理念。并以管理类应用型人才培养为例,研究了高校如何应用敏捷制造理论和敏捷教育理念,科学合理地进行人才培养目标定位,构建柔性人才培养模式,重组教学资源,高效率和高质量地培养满足市场需求的应用型创新人才。
Proceeding from agile manufacturing theory, the thesis puts forward the concept of agile education, analyzes its connotation and expounds its philosophy. Taking the training of practical managerial talents as example, the thesis studies how to apply agile manufacturing theory and agile education idea to cultivate practical talents. The study also focus scientifically and rationally on personnel training, building flexible training mode as well as flexible reorganization of teaching resources that meet the market needs with high efficiency and high-quality.
