摘要
针对罩式退火过程的钢卷内部温度场的分布特点,提出了一套适合于罩式退火系统的钢卷温度场计算技术,并将其应用到某罩式退火生产线的生产实践,为机组罩式退火过程中退火工艺制度的制订奠定了坚实的理论基础。
One computing technology adapt to coil temperature field in hood-type annealing furnace was presented,in allusion to the distribution characteristic of the temperature field in the interior of coil,and was applieated in the productive practice on one hood-type annealing furnace line. And good theoretical basis was found for the establishment of annealing process in hood-type annealing furnace.
