水热法制备Fe_3O_4粒子及其形貌控制 被引量:10

Hydrothermal synthesis of Fe_3O_4 particles with controllable morphologies

摘要 以(C5H5)2Fe和FeCl2.4H2O为反应前驱物,沿着不同的化学反应路线,采用水热处理工艺制备出了球形、方形以及棒形的Fe3O4粒子.并使用X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)以及振动样品磁强计为手段对粒子的结构、形貌以及室温磁性质进行了研究;同时对粒子的生长机理也进行了初步探讨. Fe3O4 particles with various morphologies were synthesized with a common hydrothermal method. By using different starting materials, eg, (C5 H5 )2Fe and FeCl2 4H2O, the reaction routes could be designed, which yielded sphere-like, cube-like and rod-like Fe3O4 particles. X ray powder diffraction (XRD) , Field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), Raman spectra, transmission electron microscope (TEM) and Vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) were used to study the crystal structure, morphologies and magnetic properties of these particles. The growth mechanisms of these particles were tentatively discussed.
