摘要
[目的]探索重金属在不同水温条件下对双壳贝类的毒性效应。[方法]采用静态急性毒性试验的方法研究了在21、25和29℃条件下水体中不同浓度的Hg2+、Cd2+及Zn2+对三角帆蚌幼蚌存活的影响。[结果]在3种水温条件下,3种重金属离子对三角帆蚌幼蚌的毒性大小依次为:Hg2+>Cd2+>Zn2+。水温在21、25和29℃条件下,3种重金属对三角帆蚌幼蚌的96 h半致死浓度(LC50)分别为:Hg2+分别是3.4359、0.1292和0.1087 mg/L;Cd2+分别是6.3459、1.0037和0.3879 mg/L;Zn2+分别是116.9288、4.9515和2.8497mg/L。当水温从21℃升至25℃时,Hg2+、Cd2+和Zn2+对幼蚌的毒性分别增强了26.6、6.3和23.6倍;水温从25℃升至29℃时,Hg2+、Cd2+和Zn2+的毒性分别增强了1.2、2.6和1.7倍。[结论]水温是重金属急性毒性效应的影响因素,随着温度的升高,重金属的毒性逐渐增强。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to explore the toxic effect of heavy metals on the mussel under different water temperature. [ Method ] Effects of Hg^2+ , Cd^2+ and Zn^2+ with different concn, on the survival of Hyriopsis cumingii juveniles after exposure to individual metal were studied under water temperature of 21, 25 and 29℃ by static acute toxicity test. [ Result] Under 3 kinds of water temperatures, the toxicant degree of 3 kinds of heavy metals to H. cumingii juveniles in order was Hg^2+ 〉 Cd^2+ 〉 Zn^2+ . Under water temperature of 21, 25 and 29 ℃, the 96 h LC5o of the 3 kinds of heavy metal ions to H. cumingii juveniles were as follows: Hg^2+ was 3.4359, 0. 129 2 and 0. 108 7 mg,/L resp. Cd^2+ was 6. 3459, 1. 003 7 and 0. 387 9 mg/L resp. Zn^2+ was 116. 928 8, 4. 951 5 and 2. 849 7 mg/L. The toxicity of Hg^2+ , Cd^2+ and Zn^2+ to the juveniles enhanced 26.6, 6.3 and 23.6 times resp. when the water temperature rose from 21 ℃ to 25 ℃, while those enhanced 1.2, 2.6 and 1.7 times resp. when the water temperature rose from 25 ℃ to 29℃. [ Conclusion] The temperature was an important factor to influence the acute toxicity of heavy metals. The toxicity of heavy metals was increasesed gradually as the water temperature rose.
