摘要
为得到具有电磁波防护功能的涤纶织物,采用次亚磷酸钠为还原剂在涤纶织物上作化学镀铜处理,实验对预处理工艺,包括粗化→烘干→活化→解胶→还原→烘干进行了研究,重点分析了与织物镀层稳定性密切相关的粗化和活化工艺,并进一步优化。在此基础上进行了涤纶织物纳米技术复合镀试验,用以得到镀层硬度显著提高、镀层耐磨性增强的纳米技术复合镀铜涤纶织物。采用冷热循环法对镀铜层结合力和处理后织物的电磁波屏蔽效能进行了测试,结果表明,实验得到的镀铜涤纶织物镀层覆盖均匀,光泽较好,镀层结合力强,具有一定的电磁波屏蔽能力。
In order to obtain a polyester fabric characteristic of electromagnetic wave proof, copper was plated on polyester fabric by using sodium hypophosphate as reluctant. Pretreatment process was investigated including roughenation, activation, deterioration, reduction and drying with focus on the analysis of roughenation and activation processing technologies which closely affects the stability of plating. On this basis, Nano plating technique of the polyester fabric was also tested to improve the hardness and wearing of the copper plated polyester fabric. Binding power and electric - magenatic wave shielding capacity of the plated fabric were tested. The result shows that the copper plated polyester fabric is of even deposit, fine luster, good binding power and electromagnetic wave shielding capacity.
