摘要
随着科学技术和检测仪器的进步,油料检测技术已经向着快速、简便、灵敏、准确,主观检测指标客观化,以及多项指标同时测定等方向发展。主要从转基因油料检测技术,油料主要成分如水分、粗脂肪、粗蛋白、灰分与油料有毒物质黄曲霉毒素等指标的检测技术研究现状出发,较全面地介绍了国内外油料检测技术的最新进展。
With the development of scientific technology and detective instruments, the current status of oilseeds detection technology has become faster, simpler, more sensitive and accurate. Besides, kinds of subjective oilseeds detective items were commonly objectified and could be measured simultaneously. The latest progress of detection technology on oilseeds was introduced, including the detection technology of genetically modified oilseeds, major components of oilseeds such as water and volatile, crude fat, crude protein, ashes and aflatoxins content in oilseeds.
