风机刚性转子双平面主动平衡方法的可行性分析

摘要 为指导主动平衡技术在离心鼓风机上的应用,对比研究了单平面主动平衡和双平面主动平衡两种方案的平衡效果。首先结合实际风机结构,利用有限元法建立了风机转子的有限元模型。然后分析和比较了在单平衡平面方案下,两个平衡平面的平衡效果。最后在双平面平衡方案下,对两个平衡头平衡能力进行协调优化研究。分析结果表明,利用单平面平衡方案可以将两个轴承的振动值分别降低92.0%和28.4%;利用优化配重量比的双平面平衡方案,可以将两个轴承的振动值分别降低96.7%和99.1%,双平面平衡效果优于单平面。研究结果为双平面主动平衡技术在该实际风机应用提供了参考和依据。 In order to guide future applications of active balancing technology in blower rotors, contrast numerical simulations of single-plane and dual-plane active balancing has been studied in this paper. Based on practical engineering, a finite element model of a blower rotor is first established. Then, the balancing effects of two single-plane strategies are analyzed and compared. Finally, the coordinative optimization of different correction ra- tios under a dual-plane strategy is proposed. The results indicate that the better of the two single-plane active balancing strategies can reduce the vibration amplitude of the two bearings by about 92.0 % and 28.4 % respectively. Furthermore, the vibration amplitude of the two bearings can be reduced by 96.7 % and 99.1%, respectively, by employing the dual-plane active balancing strategy with a suitable coordinative optimization of the correction ratio. The results of the above study offer a device in industrial blowers. basis and reference for the application of an active balancing
