摘要
利用微波照射下水溶液聚合方法,以甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯和丙烯酰胺为单体,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,制得阳离子型高吸水性树脂。研究了共聚物的吸水性能与共聚单体组成、反应液pH值、交联剂用量、引发剂用量诸因素的关系。所得树脂吸水率达810(g/g),对10%的醇水溶液的吸液率达770(g/g),对0.9%的盐水溶液的吸液率达150(g/g)。
In this paper,microwave radiation polymerization in an aqueous solution was used in preparing cationic super water-absorbing resin. N,N′-dimethylaminoethylmethacrylate (DM) and acrylamide were copolymered by using AIBN as initiator, N,N′-methyene-bis-acrylamide as crosslinker. The relation between the characteristic of the resin and the monomer composition, pH, the amount of initiator and crosslinker were also studied. The absorption power of the resin is 810 (g/g) for deionizing water, 770 (g/g) for alcohol-water solution, 150 (g/g) for 0.9% NaCl solution.
