摘要
从杨凌某农药生产厂的下水道污泥中分离出一株联苯菊酯降解菌。根据形态、生理生化分析,初步鉴定为假单胞菌属,并命名为LBX3。该菌可以联苯菊酯为唯一碳源生长。试验结果表明,LBX3降解联苯菊酯的最适pH为7.0,最适温度为30℃。在pH为7的基础盐培养基中,150 r/min摇床培养第5天,LBX3对200 mg/L的联苯菊酯的降解率达到72.5%。
A bacterial strain named LBX3, which could use bifenthrin as sole carbon source, was isolated from activated sludge collected from pesticide manufacturer. It has been identified as Pseudomonas sp. based on morphology and physiology analysis. The optimal pH and temperature for the degradation were 7.0 and 30°C, respectively. When bacterial strain LBX3 was incubated in mineral salt medium contained 200 mg/L bifenthrin at pH 7.0, after 5 days shaking at 150 r/min, the degradation rate of bifenthrin reached 72.5 %.
