摘要
文章从汽车经销商的风险分析着手,运用预警管理的基本理论,给出预警指标体系,讨论了如何运用模糊综合评价的方法对汽车经销商的运行风险进行综合评价,并给出了汽车经销商组织的风险报警的具体方法。
The forewarning indicator system is given on the basis of analyzing the risk of the car dealer with the basic theory of forewarning management. How to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk of the auto dealer is discussed, and the specific method of alarm for the auto dealer organization is given.
