基于LabVIEW的短路过渡过程的检测与分析系统

摘要 以CO2气体保护焊的焊接电流、电弧电压为信号源,开发了一套基于LabVIEW的CO2焊接短路过渡过程电弧信号的检测与分析系统。该系统可以完成对CO2气体保护焊的熔滴短路过渡过程电信号的分析,为焊接质量的检测、分析提供了一定的依据,同时也能确定合理的工艺参数,改善控制系统,对获得高质量的焊接接头和高性能焊接电源的研制有着重要意义。 As the signals of the welding current and voltage of the CO2 gas shielded arc welding, this virtual instrument was developed based on LabVIEW which could detect and analyze the signals of the current and voltage of the CO2 gas shield short-circuiting transfer. Not only could it analyze the signals of the welding current and voltage of the CO2 gas shielded arc welding, but also could the application of this system evaluate the arc welding process effectly. Analysis of the signals in the process of metal transfer were of great significance for selection of appropriate welding parameters, improvement of control system and the high-quality welding.
