腹腔镜治疗先天性肠闭锁30例体会 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗新生儿肠闭锁的疗效。方法对30例进行手术治疗的肠闭锁患儿进行统计分析。结果30例均行腹腔镜辅助下手术治疗。存活29例,术后切口裂开1例,术后死亡1例,术后新生儿硬肿症3例,出院肠梗阻再次入院1例,术后小肠结肠炎1例,吻合口漏1例,吻合口狭窄1例。结论腹腔镜下治疗新生儿肠闭锁,其操作简单,安全,创面及创伤小,术后并发粘连性肠梗阻少见。
