摘要
研究顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)、氢氧化钠在氨水溶液中生成亚氨基二琥珀酸的工艺和反应机理,考察原料配比、温度和反应时间对产品螯合性能的影响。结果表明:当各物质的量比n(MA)∶n(NaOH)∶n(NH3)∶n(H2O)=2∶1∶2∶8,反应温度150℃,反应时间10 h时产物的螯合性能最好。由反应产物的红外图谱可知,其结构中具有强的N—H键的伸缩振动峰。与常规的几种螯合分散剂相比较,绿色螯合分散剂亚氨基二琥珀酸在螯合钙离子和铜离子时具有比较好的效果。将亚氨基二琥珀酸应用于棉/亚麻织物的漂白中,可以有效地螯合金属离子,提高织物的毛效和强力。
Iminodisuccinic acid is a new chelating agent with amino and polycarboxylic groups which is also easily biodegradable. It is synthesized with maleic anhydride, ammonia and NaOH in an aqueous medium.: The process and principle of the synthesis are discussed. The effects of raw material ratio, tempera- ture, reaction time on the yield product are analyzed. The better conditions are found as follows, maleic anhydride MA: NaOH : NH3 : H2O (mol ratio) =2: 1 : 2 = 8, 150℃, 10 h. Under these conditions, the chelating ability of the yield product iminodisuccinic acid is best. The FTIR analysis indicates that the N--H bond stretching vibration was strong in the structure of the iminodisuccinic acid. The chelating abil- ity of the iminodisuccinic acid is compared with other chelating dispersants and the results show that the chelating ability of calcium and cuprum ions are better. The yield product iminodisuccinic acid is used in bleaching of flax/cotton fabric, which can effectively chelate metal ions and improve the capillary effect as well as the fiber strength.
