The correlation of cyclophilin A with oral squamous cell cancer

摘要 亲环蛋白A是一类在生物界广泛存在、高度保守的蛋白质,有多种生物学功能并参与多种生理病理过程。下面就其在肿瘤尤其是在口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生、侵袭、增殖、血管生长等过程中的作用作一综述。 Cyclophilin A is a group of highly conserved proteins and it generally presents in many kinds of cells. Cyclophilin A has many biological functions and plays an important role in the pathophysiologic process. Cyclophilin A could participate in the tumorgenesis, invasion, cell proliferation, vascular growth of oral squamous cell carcinoma, which was reviewed in the paper.
