为帮助国内工程机械企业提高涂装技术、质量水平，进一步满足用户需求、提升市场竞争力，中国质量协会工程机械分会主办的工程机械涂装工艺技术研讨会于4月25～26日在上海举行。协会领导、涂装专家、工程机械涂装工艺师和涂料生产商等80余人参加了此次研讨会。《建筑机械化》杂志作为特约支持媒体全程跟踪报道了研讨会的盛况。中国质量协会工程机械分会夏学涛副秘书长主持研讨会。
