摘要
图书情报部门是我国信息服务业的重要组成部分。近几年，随着计算机、通讯、网络和多媒体等信息技术在图书馆的应用，为我国图书馆的发展创造了良好的机遇。电子图书馆或数字图书馆正在成为未来图书馆的发展方向，为此我国图书情报部门如何适应形势的发展，实现馆藏信息资源数字化。
By the application of modern information technique to library,this paper analyses the relations between the developing course of library and the development in library collection,subsequently expounds the content of electronic library collection,resources construction and acquisition policies,and the existing difficulties and problems under the new situation.
