摘要
中药围攻法六法合一,即扶正补虚法、化痰除湿法、破血逐瘀法、泻浊解毒法、顺气降逆法、开窍醒神法在中风急性期脑水肿治疗中的立论依据及应用。六法相互影响,可分而不可离。应将个体化治疗原则寓在综合治法之中,才能真正把握治疗时间窗,适用于临床急救。
The traditional Chinese medicine besieges the law six law to unite, namely straightens up makes up empty method, the phlegm reduction exsiccation, the broken blood by the stasis law, to flow swiftly the muddy degassing, to fall counter method, to straighten out the inducing resuscitation law comfortably in the stroke acute stage hydro-cephalus treatment argument basis and the application. Six law mutual influences, separable,but not separable. Should the individuation principle of reatment lodge, in the synthesis governs in the law, can grasp the treatment time window truly, is suitable in the clinical first aid.
