摘要
基于IEC61850通信规范基础的数字化变电站,可以实现二次设备之间互操作及信息共享,并实现一次设备智能化、二次设备网络化。在洛阳金谷园110kV数字化变电站工程实践中,监控系统采用数字化变电站特有的过程层、间隔层、站控层三层网络体系结构。各层间及同层设备之间采用国际变电站通用的IEC61850标准通信规约,采用过程层网络总线模式实现过程层设备间的数据共享、信息互通、即插即用。间隔层装置通过过程层总线获取过程层设备GOOSE信息,实现对过程层设备控制互锁及互操作功能。以GOOSE方式网络化实现10kV母线保护、备自投、低周减载、微机防误等多项变电站二次应用。
The intelligentization of primary devices and the network of secondary devices are implemented in the digital substation based on IEC 61850 communication protocol. During the application practice of Luoyang Jinguyuan 110kV digital substation, this paper utilizes the unique construction of digital substation in the monitoring system, which has three-layer network, the process layers, spacer layers and the control layers. With IEC61850, the share of data, the communication of information, the plug&play by using the network bus mode of process layers are achieved. The spacer layers device gets the GOOSE information of process layers device through process layers bus, and then interlocks and inter-controls the process layers device. The 10kV bus protection, the reserve automatic switch-on, the low frequency protection and microcomputer misoperation-prevent could be realized by GOOSE type network.
