一株耐盐细菌的分离初步鉴定及对医药废水降解特性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 从石油化工厂排放的污泥和废水混合物中分离到一株细菌HB2,经形态观察、生理生化特征鉴定,初步确定为节杆菌属。对其进行耐盐(NaC l)驯化并且以含高盐(NaC l)的医药废水为基质,研究HB2生长及降解的最适条件。结果表明,HB2的耐盐(NaC l)度达到10%;对医药废水的降解最适条件是,COD初始浓度为11 880 mg.L-1,接种量为6 mL,pH值为7.5,NaC l浓度为5%,温度为30℃,培养时间为5 d,COD去除率可达39.2%;说明外界环境因素对HB2的生长及处理医药废水有明显的影响。 A Bacteria Strain HB2 primarily identified as Arthrobacter sp was isolated from sludge and wastewater of a petroleum chemical plant. It was acclimatized by gradually increasing NaCl concentration and optimal conditions for growth and degradation were investigated in medical wastewater which has high concentration of NaCl. It was found that Strain HB2 could tolerate the concentration of NaCl up to 10%. The optimal conditions for degradation of medical wastewater were as follows, COD 11880mg/L, volume 6mL, pH 7.5, NaCl 5%, temperature 30℃, culture time 5d, the degradation rate reached 39.2%. It shows that environmental factors had a clear impact on the growth of HB2 and treatment of medical wastewater.
