PE-HD/APP复合材料总体热稳定性作用与阻燃性能关系 被引量:3

Relationship between Flame-retardancy and the Overall Stabilization Effect of High Density Polyethylene/Ammonium Polyphosphate Composite

摘要 采用聚磷酸铵(APP)对高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)进行改性,制备出不同APP含量的PE-HD阻燃复合材料。通过水平-垂直燃烧仪与氧指数测定仪测试材料的阻燃性能,采用热重分析实验与复合材料总体热稳定性作用(OSE)评价材料的热稳定性能,研究了材料总体热稳定性作用与阻燃性能间的关系。结果表明,OSE能较好地衡量添加剂用量对复合材料热稳定性能影响情况,增加APP添加量有利于提高PE-HD复合材料总体热稳定性与阻燃性能,提高PE-HD复合材料的总体热稳定性有利于改善其阻燃性能,APP用量为30%时,体系的最后残炭量提高至5.7%,氧指数提高至24.5%。 The flame retardant properties of ammonium polyphosphate(APP) filled high density polyethylene were studied through horizontal-vertical burning and limiting oxygen index (LOI). Thermogravimetrie analysis (TGA) and the overall stabilization effect (OSE) were employed to measure the thermal stability and compare the relationship between thermal stability and flame retardancy. It was found that APP not only improved the flame retardancy of the composite, but also enhanced the thermal stability. When the APP content was 30 %, the content of residual carbon was 5. 7 % and the oxygen index was 24. 3 %.
