Application of New Construction Technologies in UHVAC Power Transmission Pilot Project

摘要 1000kV晋东南—南阳—荆门特高压交流试验示范工程是我国首个特高压输电工程。针对特高压施工中基础混凝土方量大,铁塔高、大、重,采用8分裂导线等特点及难点,文章对特高压线路施工中的新技术、新工艺的进行了总结,包括:采用商品混凝土进行基础混凝土施工、采用900mm×900mm×40m钢抱杆以内悬浮外拉线的方法组立铁塔、采用自平衡塔式起重机组立耐张塔、采用飞艇展放导引绳等,可为今后的特高压建设提供参考。 The 1000kV AC power transmission pilot project from Southeast Shanxi via Nanyang to Jingmen is the first UHVAC power transmission pilot project in China. Facing with characteristics and difficulties in the construction of this pilot project, such as heavy earthwork of base concrete, extra height, size and weight of towers as well as 8-bundled conductor, the authors carry out the research on new techniques and technologies for the construction of UHVAC power transmission, overcome various difficulties in construction technologies, thus new construction techniques and technologies e.g., using commercial concrete in the construction of base concrete, applying 900mm×900mm×40m holding rod to erect tower by the way of intemal-suspensi,on and external-guy, applying self-balancing tower crane in the erection of strain tower, pulling leading rope by airship etc., are formed. These new construction technologies are available for reference to the construction of UHV AC/DC power transmission projects in future.
