摘要
温州世贸中心大楼为筒中筒结构,高333m,采用3套桁架导轨式爬架。第1套爬架用于筒中筒结构施工,第23、套爬架用于幕墙施工。介绍了3套爬架总体部署,平、立面设计,安装、升降及拆卸技术,重视爬架施工及提升过程中的安全防护工作。实践证明,该桁架导轨式爬架满足主体结构和幕墙工程的施工安全及防护要求,爬升施工速度快且安全、简便,经济效益好。
Wenzhou Intemational Business Center building, 333m height, is a tube in tube structure, and 3 sets of truss-guide climbing-frame are used in eonstruetion. The No. 1 elimbing-frame is used for eonstruetian of the tube in tube structure, and No.2 and No.3 climbing-frames are used for the glass curtain wall eanstruetion. Construction technologies about the elimbing-frames are introduced ineluding general arrangement, design of plan and profile, installation, lifting and falling, as well as demolition. Furthermore, safety proteetion is emphasized in eonstmetion and lifting of the elimbing-ffames. It proves that the mentioned truss-guide climbing-frames ean satisfy requirements of safety and protection of main strueture and glass curtain wall, and quick, safe and simple construction are ensured and good economical benefit is gained.
