摘要
我国绿色建筑评价体系对于施工阶段的限定较少。作为绿色建筑必不可少的组成部分,绿色施工被纳入绿色建筑评价体系是发展趋势。对比《绿色建筑评价标准》GB/T50378-2006及LEED评价体系,结合《绿色奥运建筑评估体系》(GOBAS)实施经验,指出我国在绿色施工产业发展中面临政策法规、时间、观念、材料等方面的困难,同时提出扩大绿色建筑法规制定,建立业主激励制度及建筑信托制度,推广绿色施工企业知名度效应等推广策略。
There is little provision about construction in the assessment system for green building in China, but green construction plays an important role in green building and it is a trend that the assessment system for green building should include the green construction in China. Based on contrasts of evaluation standard for green building GB/T50378-2006 and LEED system, combining with operation experiments of green Olympic building assessment system（GOBAS）, difficulties in developing of green construction industry in China is proposed such as policy, time, concept and materials. Thus, popularizing measures for green construction are suggested, including extending standards for green building, establishing owner inspiriting system and building affiance system, and developing popularity effect of green construction.
