摘要
在日益激烈的市场竞争条件下,国内大型工程项目总承包商如何通过高水平的管理保证施工质量、工期和控制成本是其核心问题。针对大型工程项目施工总承包管理现状,结合大型工程项目施工总承包管理实践经验,从分包模式选择、业主指定分包商管理、加强信息化管理、加强建筑材料采购管理及技术管理成本控制、工期风险管理等5个方面探讨大型工程项目总承包管理中需要重点关注的问题,并提出建设性意见和建议。
For general contaetors of large engineering project in China, controlling project quality, construction time and cost are core problems under increasingly fierce market competition. Based on present situation and practices, important problems in general contract management are discussed such as subcontract modes, management of owner appointed subcontractors, information management, cost control in purchase and management of building materials and technology management, as well as risk management of construction time. Thus, constructive suggestions are given according to the problems.
